    2. Hi there, you sure do have a useful website and I would like to ask a question that I am struggling with. I am looking to start a new venture. Can you please describe how to use Trademark, Copyright, and Patent protection for different aspects? As I am not a lawyer, they all look the same to me! Thanks very much/ Shane
